Ms. Booker-Toney has worked for Paterson Public Schools since 2000. She was hired as an Instructional Assistant and went on to become a Teacher, Vice Principal and was appointed Principal of School #13 on September 1, 2011. Ms. Booker-Toney has a Bachelor of Science from Grambling State University, a glorious Historically Black College and University (HBCU) and a Master of Science from Seton Hall University. Ms. Booker-Toney is married to Kwasi Toney, also a proud graduate of an HBCU, Kentucky State University. Ms. Booker-Toney is a proud member of the illustrious sorority, Delta Sigma Theta.
